Let’s take a look at what happens in “The World Now”.

In Greece, a plane carrying weapons crashed
Carrying 11 tons of munitions from Serbia to Bangladesh, a Ukrainian cargo plane crashed in northern Greece, killing all eight crew members on board.
Greek and Serbian authorities said on Sunday that an Antonov An-12 plane crashed on Saturday while en route to a stopover in Jordan.
The pilot had requested an emergency landing shortly after takeoff due to engine trouble, but ultimately crashed near the town of Kavala.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has confirmed that all eight victims are Ukrainian citizens.
So far, one body has been recovered.
Due to the explosive cargo, which includes landmines, authorities used drones to monitor the crash site.

In the UK, the race for the next British Prime Minister is heating up
Five candidates remain and they outlined their plans in an hour-long televised debate on Sunday on tax cuts, Brexit, trans rights and public trust.
All five said they would not call a snap election if chosen by the Conservative Party for the post of prime minister.
The fiercest clashes took place between former Chancellor Rishi Sunak and Foreign Secretary Liz Truss.
They agreed on ways to curb the rising cost of living while developing the economy.
Tory MPs will hold a third vote on Monday to narrow the contenders down to two final candidates.

Competing for the title of ‘Fischerk nig’ or ‘Fisher King’, German competitors attempted to overturn in a lake during a traditional water jousting competition.
At Lake Starnberg in Bavaria on Saturday and Sunday, 63 young men and women from the region took part in the 500-year-old “Fischerstechen” event which was attended by some 2,000 people.
They dressed themselves, sat on wooden planks attached to boats, and used long spears to force themselves into the water.
The event takes place every five years and the winner is the last person standing.

17 years after calling off their first engagement, actor Ben Affleck and singer Jennifer Lopez appear to have finally gotten married.
Media reported on Sunday that the couple tied the knot in Las Vegas after rekindling their relationship nearly two decades after they split.
And according to documents found online, the actor and singer obtained a marriage license from Clark County, Nevada on Saturday.
The couple, also known as “Bennifer”, rekindled their romance last year and got engaged in April.
So far, reps for Affleck and Lopez have not been reached for comment.
