Unanimously – SNS and SPAS united – Politics
The main council of the Serbian Progressive Party took a decision on unification with the Serbian Patriotic Alliance.

The SNS Main Council session began in Belgrade’s Kombank Hall with an address by party leader Aleksandar Vui.
The second item on the agenda of the Main Council was the unification of the Serbian Progressive Party and the SPAS.
The president of Serbia and the SNS, Aleksandar Vui, said that they had prepared a statement which would constitute an important document in the work of this party.
“It is important for us to work on the unity of Serbia. To strive for a clear majority that will bring results. The result is a new paradigm of SNS policy. This is what we are leaving behind. why I wanted and participated.in the negotiations with Mr. Sapic, because I wanted that we do not constantly divide, but that we show responsibility and that we can unite. May our big family, our party come together people. Our party must never be what other political parties have been, “Vucic said.
He says that the SNS must take into account the interests of the people. “We have agreed on all the most important goals and I think it is important that the big events that lie ahead, in the face of great pressures and the extraordinary results that we are achieving in the economy and the health, which is important for us to have We will have more plenums, make important decisions, recommendations for the party’s work on the ground and programs for the future until 2030, “Vucic mentioned.
In accordance with article 15 of the statutes, the Main Board decided that the members of the SPAS should join the SNS in its entirety.
“I declare that we have unanimously accepted our friends from SPAS into our party,” said President Vui.
Aleksandar Vui also read the text of the SNS and SPAS unification declaration, which, as he said, will be one of the fundamental political documents of the Serbian Progressive Party for the future. The topics discussed in the Main Council session are the unification of SNS and SPAS, as well as, as Aleksandar Vui said previously, plans, programs, but also problems within the party.
Earlier today, a main council member and SNS deputy Vladimir Djukanovic said that Nebojsa Stefanovic had resigned as chairman of the board of the Serbian Progressive Party in Belgrade.
